## FAQ

### Do you offer packages?

No. All The Parties does not offer standard packages. Each event is custom designed based on your guest count, venue, theme, location, overall vision, and the level of detail required.

### Can I provide my own linens, centerpieces, backdrops, or decor?

No. To maintain the quality and consistency of our work, all decor used within our setups is provided and approved by All The Parties. We do not combine our designs with client provided decor.

### Can I remove items from the setup to lower the price?

Our full service setups are designed as complete experiences. We do not break down or reduce designs so clients can provide portions of the decor themselves.

### Do you provide mockups before booking?

No. Custom design work, planning, sourcing, and mockups begin after your event has been officially booked and the required retainer has been paid.

### Is a retainer required to book?

Yes. A non refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Your event is not officially booked until the retainer has been received and your agreement has been completed.

### Can I make payments after booking?

Yes. After the retainer is paid, payments may be made toward the remaining balance. The event must be paid in full by the deadline listed in your agreement.

### Do you offer outdoor setups?

Outdoor setups are extremely limited and accepted only at our discretion. Due to weather risks, additional labor, and equipment requirements, outdoor event minimums begin at $5,000.

### Do you travel for events?

Yes. Travel is available depending on the event location, date, scope of work, and availability. Additional travel and logistics fees may apply.

### What information do I need to submit for an event inquiry?

Please provide your event date, venue or location, estimated guest count, theme or colors, budget, and any must have elements you would like included.
